Hitting every shot in a Sponsorship Renewal Program

CHALLENGE

Reposition the team’s Sponsorship Renewal Program to include increased fan engagement and drive long term growth.

SOLUTION

Facilitated strategy sessions with Atlanta Dream Partners to understand current relationships, identify areas for growth, and design a new Partnership Plan that:

  • Worked closely with Georgia’s Own Credit Union to redesign the asset offerings for increased engagement and reach to fans
     

  • Spearheaded strategy sessions with The Georgia Lottery, laying the foundation for increased program engagement
     

  • Evaluated, advised, and established asset matrix and offerings for activation programs that drove awareness, engagement, and measurement

  • Closed 100% of targeted renewal deals during an organizational transition period for the Dream
